The Parish Council wishes to recruit a Parish Clerk and Responsible Finance Officer, following the resignation of the Clerk who has been in post for nearly five years.
The Clerk to the Council will be the Proper Officer of the Council and responsible for ensuring that the instructions of the Council in connection with its function as a Local Authority are carried out, and that its statutory obligations are met. They will give advice to the Council and to carry out its resolutions, and be responsible for managing and arranging all Council services, facilities and events.
