Notice of Vacancy

(Quarrington Hill WARD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to the resignation of Jamie Peterson, a vacancy has
arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Parish Council.

As no request for an election to fill said vacancy was made to The Returning Officer of
Electoral Services the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

Please contact Parish Clerk, Sophie Taylor, to request a Co-Option Policy and
Procedure, to be returned by 5pm Friday 26th June 2026.

Co-Option applications will be reviewed at the next Ordinary Meeting of Coxhoe Parish
Council on Monday 6th July 2026.
