Coxhoe Parish Council hereby gives notice that the Ordinary Meeting scheduled for 6.00pm this evening will open as advertised but is expected to be inquorate.

Under the Council’s Standing Orders:
“If a meeting is or becomes inquorate no business shall be transacted and the meeting shall be closed. The business on the agenda for the meeting shall be adjourned to another meeting.”
As fewer than the required number of councillors are able to attend, the meeting will therefore:
- be opened at 6.00pm,
- immediately declared inquorate,
- closed, and
- all business on the agenda will be adjourned to a future date.
A new meeting date will be published as soon as possible.
