Our current team is made up of a Senior Youth Worker and a Youth Worker, and contracted or casual Auxiliary Youth Workers.

Offering varied sessions and events for children and young people over a wide age range, we take a young person-centred approach and aim to provide the best possible experience and outcomes for young people in a fun, supportive, safe, inclusive and positive environment. Our vision is to inspire and empower young people in Coxhoe and Quarrington Hill to fulfil their potential.

Whether you are an experienced Youth Worker or have relevant experience and interests to bring to our team, if you would be interested in helping us to deliver our youth sessions, please check out the Candidate Information Pack, and complete our application form.

The role will involve supporting, organising and supervising fun, safe activities for young people both indoors and outdoors. There will be a need for a flexible approach to work.
