Coxhoe Parish Council made representation at a Planning Committee on Friday 25th July 2025, regarding the construction of 99 no. dwellings and community park & stride, on Land West Of Gladstone Terrace, Coxhoe.
Parish Councillor and Chair, Stuart Dunn, appealed to the committee to reconsider resident parking options on Cornforth Lane, and to review distance calculations pertaining to Section 106 Contributions.
