Invitation to tender for Coxhoe Parish Council’s Grounds Maintenance Contract

The tender has four parts as follows:

Part 2 General Specification of Works

Part 3 Template Service Agreement

Part 4 Schedule of Maintenance

Tender Process Dates:

 Tuesday 10^th February 2026

Sealed Tender to be returned to Parish Clerk at the Council’s office by email or by post or hand delivered no later than 12.00pm (please note tenders received after this time will not be included in the tendering process under any circumstances). It is recommended if sending by Royal Mail to use tracked post.

On or after Tuesday 10^th February 2026

Sealed tenders opened by the Clerk in the presence of at least one Member of the Parish Council.

On or after Wednesday 11^th February 2026

Parish Council to resolve which bid is successful.

During February 2026

All bidders notified of resolution, by post or email.

During March 2026

Successful contractor will have the opportunity to shadow / tour with outgoing contractor.

Wednesday 1 April 2026

Contract commences.

Saturday 31 March 2029

End of contract.
